Gently sift 2 grams of matcha into a cup to prevent clumping. Add 70 ml of hot water (not boiling, around 80°C) and whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) in an "W" motion until a creamy froth forms. In a separate container, heat your milk of choice and slowly pour it into the prepared matcha, stirring until the desired texture is achieved.
