Refund policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83 on Consumer Rights. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@wazucha.com. After this notification, the customer has an additional 30 days to return the goods.
Conditions of Return:
- A copy of the invoice must be included.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original, intact packaging.
- Returns are not accepted if the original packaging is damaged, opened, or missing.
- The seller is obliged to refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided the items are in acceptable condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the seller and the customer. The seller reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.
Complaints
Complaints will be accepted if the product does not have the characteristics promised, if incorrect items were delivered, or if the product otherwise deviates from the order. If a complaint is justified, the seller will replace the item and send it to the customer at their own expense.
The seller may reject a complaint if:
- The goods are not returned in their original packaging.
If a complaint is found to be unjustified, the product will be returned to the customer. Any additional costs incurred will be charged according to the current price list.

Returns are only accepted for products in their original, unopened packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
