Shipping policy
1. General Conditions
Deliveries are carried out in cooperation with GLS and other authorized logistics partners. This Shipping Policy is in line with Directive 97/67/EC on postal services and Regulation (EU) 2018/644 on cross-border parcel delivery.
2. Packaging Responsibility
The sender is responsible for ensuring proper packaging of goods so that the products are adequately protected from damage during transport.
3. Damages Noticed Upon Delivery
If the parcel shows visible external damage (such as holes, tears, or significant dents), the recipient has the right to refuse delivery. In such a case, the parcel will be returned to the depot, and the sender will be informed of the claim.
4. Inspection of Contents in Case of Visible Damage
If the parcel or its packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, the recipient has the right to inspect the contents before accepting. The courier will record any damages in a joint report signed with the recipient.
5. Damages Discovered After Acceptance
If a parcel is accepted in apparently good condition but internal damage is discovered after opening, the recipient must file a claim directly with the sender. GLS, as a logistics provider, does not inspect parcel contents due to confidentiality and postal secrecy obligations.
6. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs vary by country. A detailed breakdown of shipping fees by destination is provided in the table below. All prices include applicable taxes and, where relevant, cross-border delivery surcharges in accordance with EU regulations. Returns are only accepted for products in their original, unopened packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
