1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern the sale of products offered by Wazucha d.o.o., Ulica 15. maja 19b, 6000 Koper – Capodistria (hereinafter “the Seller”) through the online store www.wazucha.com. They are established in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and international e-commerce codes of conduct.

The online store www.wazucha.com is an information system designed for the presentation and sale of products. Users may purchase as registered customers or as guests. Registered users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms become binding upon publication on the website.

2. Information Availability

The Seller undertakes to provide customers with the following information at all times:

  • company identity (name, address, VAT ID);
  • contact details for effective communication (email);
  • essential product characteristics (including after-sales services and warranties);
  • product availability;
  • delivery conditions (method, time, and place of delivery);
  • clear pricing, including VAT and shipping costs;
  • payment and delivery methods;
  • withdrawal rights and conditions (in line with the Return Policy);
  • complaint handling procedures and contact details for customer support.

3. Product Offering

Prices are displayed as:

  • Regular Price: standard retail price set by the seller;
  • Promotional Price: discounted price valid during offers, sales, or promotions.

4. Prices and Validity

All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, and are valid at the time of order confirmation. In case of pricing errors, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or propose an alternative.

A sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the customer’s order by email. Orders are stored electronically and are accessible to registered users via their account.

5. Payment Methods

Customers may pay by:

  • Visa, Mastercard,
  • PayPal, Apple Pay.

6. Purchase Process

Users may order as guests or by registering an account. Registration requires personal or business information as applicable. Upon order completion, the customer receives a confirmation email. The Seller verifies stock availability and confirms or declines the order. Confirmed orders are binding.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers may submit complaints to info@wazucha.com. The Seller is obliged to handle complaints in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

If disputes cannot be resolved directly, consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (Regulation (EU) 524/2013). If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the competent court according to the consumer’s place of residence within the EU.

8. Disclaimer

The Seller strives to ensure accuracy of information but errors may occur. In such cases, the customer will be informed and offered the right to cancel or accept an alternative. Product images may be symbolic.

Returns are only accepted for products in their original, unopened packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
