Our story

Story began with exploration. Our journey took us through the Japanese countryside, across mountain villages and ancient tea gardens, where knowledge of tea cultivation has been passed down through generations. We met families who, with deep respect for nature and tradition, have been growing tea for centuries. We learned from them, helped with daily tasks in the tea fields, and discovered the patience, dedication, and mastery required to create the perfect cup of tea.

In a remote village in the mountainous region of Kyoto, where the tea tradition has been nurtured for over 800 years, we established close ties with selected tea farms. Together with them, we created Wazucha, a brand built on quality, trust, and authenticity.

Every green tea in our collection is single origin and produced using traditional Japanese methods. Immediately after processing, it is carefully packaged and shipped to our warehouse, from where we deliver it to you, ensuring it remains as fresh and flavorful as possible.
