Matcha Ceremonial Premium 30 g

Sift 2 grams of matcha into a cup through a sieve to prevent lumps. Then add 70 ml of hot water (not boiling, about 80°C) and whisk with a whisk (chasen) in the shape of the letter "M" or "W" until a creamy foam is formed. In a separate bowl, heat the milk of your choice and then slowly pour it into the prepared matcha, stirring until the desired texture is achieved.
