Hojicha Ginger is a blend that combines roasted Japanese tea with ginger. Hojicha is a sophisticated tea made from roasted spring Sencha leaves, which shine in deep golden hues. Its aroma is rich, aromatic and enriched with a subtle roasted touch. The taste intertwines woody notes with a pleasant roasted tone, which gives the tea depth and softness. When we add to this the spicy and refreshing note of ginger, a harmonious combination of smoky flavor, slight sweetness and spiciness is created, which adds a special freshness to the tea.

To prepare Hojicha tea, heat the water to 90°C. Place 4g of tea in a cup and pour over the water. Steep the tea for about 45 seconds, then strain.
